Although most ERP consultants build their business around product license sales, Liberty Grove is focused on services and consulting – whether you purchase your software license from us or from another NAV reseller. Our service-oriented goal is to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, with all of your agreed-upon features and requirements up and running at the time we go live. We aren’t done until you can call your NAV project a success.
Liberty Grove grew out of its predecessor company, Studebaker Technology, which became one of the first Navision developer/resellers in North America in 1996. Founder and Chief Technology Officer David Studebaker is the author of one of the best selling commercially published books on NAV development, Programming Microsoft Dynamics NAV (PACKT Publishing, 2007) and Programming Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 (2009). Dave - quite literally - wrote the book on NAV. His books are used by hundreds of Microsoft employees, partners, consultants and end-users around the world. With more than 100 successful NAV implementations, we know what’s happening under the hood.
The "A" Team
Liberty Grove Software is a Certified Microsoft Partner, and our team of consultants has numerous additional Microsoft certifications. Every member of our consulting team has at least ten years’ direct experience designing and implementing Navision projects, including two of only four lead Microsoft Certified NAV and one of the only 20 Microsoft NAV MPVs in the world. As a certified partner, Microsoft has recognized our technical excellence, and regularly engages Liberty Grove Software to provide training and technical support to its partners and end users. Indeed, Microsoft often refers us to customers to unravel tough problems with installations that have not gone smoothly. We’ve learned along the way that projects rarely succeed - or fail - on technology alone. Besides having an unusually deep grasp of NAV’s technology platform, we bring many years of business experience to each project, so that the solutions we build are well-aligned with each client’s business processes. For us, understanding a client’s business processes is a key success factor, and Dave Studebaker works directly with the project managers on every project we take on, to see that the team meets each client’s overall goals business goals in addition to the specified technology requirements.
